1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product was damaged during transit or is defective upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used honey jars.
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions.
  • Customized or personalized items.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Makrandhoney@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 2-3 business days.
  3. Shipping the Product: If approved, ship the product to the address provided by our team. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or damaged.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The returned product passes our inspection for eligibility.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is not in its original condition.
  • The return is initiated after the 7-day return window but within 14 days at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
  • Returns without prior approval.

4. Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide images of the damaged or defective item.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
